When the Somaliland people deliberately erred by voting the untrustworthy Hippos Administration in Somaliland KULMIYE PARTY. Many scholars and the Rayale administration pointed clearly, however people were unaware of these hippos’ administration were aiming to revenge against its own public without respecting the sovereignty of the Somaliland state. Although some academics and some politicians were aware of the curtailing mirror behind the push of KULMIYA Party, Such catastrophic which nearly destroying deliberately for the hope of the Somaliland people to compete the rest to African countries, especially, Somalia, Ethiopia and Djibouti where one party ruling does exist in those countries. History repeats itself, If anyone remembers back of the Kulmiys’ political manifest in 2010, was only for the short term task to reach to the presidential place. The campaign had a double sided phase, “the Truth at the end the lair” and deceived tactics. The Party‘s victory manifest had divided the community cohesion and solidarity of Somaliland People and reinforced the disaster of tribalism, favouritism and nepotism.

Somaliland ‘s fortune never ends , the Almighty ALLAH always save the Somaliland people and one day this Hippos administration will go for last, the falsification and propaganda which inherited to suffer today millions of Somaliland people for hunger, and fear destroyed the long awaited political strategy based on fairer and democratic election. Somaliland people questions themselves day today about what happened to the meadow roots of Somaliland government before this administration came to the power, there have been a great and hope which based on check and balance system because the parliament and Congress were independent from the executives. Parliament’s members were able to act their powers and execute as they wish. No more Parliament Supremacy prevails today in Somaliland. Can anyone imagine where the executive, the judiciary and the parliaments are majority in one party? Before KULMIYA party came to power, the Somaliland people united, have a long plan and hope to continue their own strategy however, Silanyo created an enterprise state rather than a government. Today, the failures and fraudulent of SL Members of Parliament and Members of House of Elders, enriched by the dishonest judiciary playing the blood and the dream of the Somaliland people meaningless, the members of the Parliament are fulfilling their job regarding the powers given in the Somaliland Constitution and vice versa their ignorant actions. It goes without saying most of the Somaliland Members of representatives are governed by the Government ministers and they are used as the movement’s wishes.

The Hippos governors transformed the democratic government of the people in to a tribal ownership “family business” .The Hippos administration resorted to politics of trickery and division to justify the fraud of public funds and they always embrace to the politicians who have not any intelligence except to eat the public funds. In the Hippos management it is widely believed that a huge corruption which has no bounds smashed everywhere in Somaliland especially the two house of Parliament and Elders, as well as the entire administration. As always the Hippos stakeholders are poplar of denying and not listening the scholars and intellectual people because they do not want to be intervened through their wrong actions. Let me predict in the next chapter of my assessment of whether the new Somaliland Cheetahs’ generation will ever defeat the current Hippos’ administration.
